EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Hey Little would like you to feel confident in making your online purchase which is why if your selection is not the right colour, size or what you expected, then simply contact us within 14 days. We will exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging are in original condition, unused, unworn and with original tags attached, sale items excluded.  

Should the item you wish to exchange not be available then a store credit voucher will be issued. Hey Little store credit vouchers last for 6 months from date of exchange. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or health and personal care items. This includes swimwear, underwear, and personal care items.

Please note, gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  

Out of stock items

Hey Little apologises for items that are out of stock. However, should this occur we will advise you immediately and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order or we can help with an alternative product.

 

Faulty goods

We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will happily organise a replacement or a refund where a replacement cannot be provided.

For all exchanges, please provide a return pre-paid satchel. Alternatively, we can provide one for $8.00.
