SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver worldwide.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all Australian and New Zealand orders over $100* (excluding bulky items and Stendig calendars)

Free Shipping for International orders over $250 AUD.

All other postage charges are as follows:

• $10.00 standard aus post - 2-8 business days*
• $12.00 express aus post -1-4 business days* 
• $12.00 standard aus post to New Zealand 
• $25.00 flat rate for all international orders 

Standard and express shipments will be delivered via Australia Post. 

You may be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel upon delivery it will be left at the nearest post office for you to collect.

We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm mon-fri.

Local Pick up

Simply select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. 
When your order has been packed, we'll send an email notification.
You can collect your order from Hey Little Store - Shop 8 / 2 Wray Avenue, Fremantle WA 6160.

Pre orders

Orders containing pre-order products will be shipped once the whole order is in stock.
If there are delays for any reason you will be contacted.

International orders

Hey Little is happy to ship worldwide and offer a flat rate of $25 AUD.

Please note that the delivery time may be longer to some locations.

All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.  Any associated costs are at your expense. If an order is returned to us due to non-payment or non-collection, any loss incurred by us will be on-charged to you. Please enquire with your local authority for more information.

Changes to your order

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available.
